Material Data Sheets & Specs

At Spectrum, we pride ourselves on continually looking for the best materials available for all of our rapid prototyping processes, and stock the ones we've found to be the best at meeting our Customers' expectations for high quality prototypes.

For Stereolithography, we run primarily DSM Somos resins, and in fact are a beta test site for some of their developmental new resins. We also offer some resins from 3D Systems as well as Huntsman, a balance between what runs best in our equipment, and what best compliments the other resins currently running in our SLA machines.

Our cast urethanes range in durometer on the Shore A scale from 15 all the way to 95, with an option in just about any category. On the Shore D side, we can offer parts as soft as 60D, and multiples in the 80-85D range in opaque, water clear, even UL-rated materials.

Multiple PolyJet materials are also available, and with the recent addition of the Connex upgrade to our Eden 500v, we're able to offer literally more than 60 digital material options for PolyJet using the revolutionary new Matrix process.
